All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out before purchasing! In the event of any tears or rips, please contact me - if repairable, I will charge a small fee depending on the damage.

 

Each KYA bag has a fabric protectant coating. Bags without ornamentation can be machine washed in cold water, delicate setting. Tumble dry, low heat, delicate cycle. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Do not iron.

 

Every bag is hand-crocheted and subject to size change/variance over time. Piling may occur.
